Beautiful, landscaped gardens give your rooms a cool shaded tropical feel with full access to roam around the area and explore the gardens with numerous fruit trees scattered throughout the property along with some chooks who provide us with eggs and love cuddles.
The Emu Park Bowls club is 100 meters away, with beach access right next to Bowls club. There is an easy 10 min walk into the town centre of Emu Park following a pathway from the Bowls club into town Centre.
Breakfast is included with stay, hosts cooking, at times there could just be a continental breakfast in your room on arrival with cold stuff in fridge, or there is a no breakfast option to the accommodation also.
We all love fishing and camping and have knowledge of the area to help guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. We are friendly and approachable but have full respect for the privacy of our guests aswell.
He is tall, I'm short, and Remy is our son. we love a good laugh because life is too short, not too. There are pet chooks on the property who are friendly and love cuddles and, in return, give us the best tasting eggs in Emu Park, which you get to experience through one of the breakfast choices. In a nutshell, we are here doing what we love and sharing our little piece of paradise with the rest of the world.
Ribbonwood accommodation is found on the northern side of Emu Park in a quiet residential area, so we do ask that noise be kept to a minimum past 10pm, walking tracks around the area take you into town with an easy 10min walk, beautiful parklands around the area with beach access100 meters away, the famous Singing Ship is a beautiful spot to explore with a lovely walkway highlighting Emu Parks history with the Anzacs. Markets are on at Bell Park on the 3rd Sunday of every month, the biggest on the Capricorn coast, which makes for a wonderful morning exploring the area.
