Sunny property with two bedrooms either end of the Villa provide privacy and both have Smart TVs. One bathroom with spacious shower. Open plan living room with large Smart TV, 2 couches, dining table and fully functional open kitchen. Also in this space are a front loading washing machine and dryer above. Kitchen has dishwasher, oven and hotplates and large fridge for those longer stays. Enjoy the adjoining al fresco area with outdoor table and chairs. Located in the heart of Kings Meadows, Launceston the shopping precinct is across the road with supermarkets, cafes, takeaways, newsagents, chemists all available. Stay a day, a week or longer! *** LUXE ACCESSIBLE VILLA Brand New & Beautiful! Looking for that special, hidden gem? This is it! Boasting everything, 2 bedrooms (king and queen) main with accessible en-suite, main bathroom with deep bath. Designer kitchen and euro laundry with washing machine and dryer.
