The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Also when using a BBQ that it is left clean and tidy or a min additional cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged. Early check in from 10:00 and late check out up to 12:00 is available for an additional $60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable $1000 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
