Tastefully furnished in a beach theme with an air-conditioned open plan living area, heaps of parking for a boat and multiple cars and to top it off pet friendly, this is the ideal place for your next family holiday or a quick long weekend away with friends. Ruby's Retreat' definitely creates a comfortable cosy home away from home feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen that provides an island bench to give you more space, dishwasher, stainless steel range hood, everything you could think of the owners have put into this kitchen.   Opening off from the kitchen is the spacious balcony, perfect for your outdoor entertaining needs with bamboo shade screens, outdoor dining all overlooking the landscaped and fully fenced rear yard that is child & pet safe. There is also a gas BBQ located in the single garage for guests to use.   The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom has access to the rear balcony and yard and the third bedroom has two King Single beds, floor fans and blankets are stored in the wardrobes for your extra comfort.   The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet and there is also another sepa

There is also a single lock-up garage for the fishing rods or surfboards (no car use) and a long driveway that is suitable for a car and trailer boat. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
