The property takes full payment for the booking in line with the cancellation policy. If its a Pay Now and Save / Non refundable booking full payment will be taken within 24 hours of your booking. Our Office hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday, 8.00am – Noon Saturday and 8.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.
