Spotlessly clean, and a brilliant location minutes walk from the sparkling waters of the Bay beach. Comprising an open plan lounge dining room with modern kitchen with gas appliances and dishwasher, main bathroom, second living room/kids retreat, 3 good size bedrooms, master with ensuite. With a great undercover outdoor area for alfresco dining there is also an outdoor seated lounge area and large back yard. Parking for jetskis, and easy drive to the boat ramp. Set just a few blocks back from the family-friendly foreshore at Tootgarook, this beach house offers guests a comfortable retreat while exploring all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. **some of the furniture in the property has been updated** Bedrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 – 1 x tri bunk with trundle (Sleeps 4)
