Welcome to SERENITY of MANDURAH where everyone is welcome. This is our Family Holiday Home where we visit from Perth, where my wife and I live. This is a great and safe place to catch up with our friends, grandkids and where all our family stay for family vacations. Not a 5 Star resident, but we think it is a 5 Star Location when visiting Mandurah. It is safe for the kids, as its in a secure gated complex. Parking for 2 vehicles in the automatic garage. In the school holidays, all the kids make friends with other kids staying within the complex and enjoy playing on the driveway area.
My name is Richard, and my wife and I built SERENITY of MANDURAH, as a holiday home for our families. Now, in between our visits to Mandurah, we decided to share it with other visitors to enjoy all it has to offer. You can walk to everywhere in Mandurah, we like to stroll down to the foreshore and see if we can spot the dolphins frolicking in the estuary.
There is so much to see and so around Mandurah ... and all within walking distance too. 5-10min walk to Silversands Beach, where you can take your dog for a stroll, sit on the white sands and watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean. Dolphin spotting - wherever you go, wherever there is water ... you got to keep an eye out for the dolphins. Beach Fishing from the Mandurah tip or from Silversands Beach ... always a catch to be had. Mandurah Foreshore and Boardwalk ... abuzz on any day with Markets, Eateries, Seafood Restaurants, Simmos Icecream, Bars, Clubs and a smorgasbord of different restaurants... Thai, Italian, Indian, Korean, and of course the good old Take-away and Fast food outlets. Mandurah Foreshore Playground ... a favorite of our grandkids. A short 5-10min walk and you come across the huge grassed area with colourful playground. On sundays Choo Choo the train takes the family for a leisurely ride around the foreshore... Sometimes, you can even catch a Camel Ride. Bicycle and Boat Hire ... and don't forget Mandurah Cruises for a quiet romantic sunset cruise or to check out the beautiful homes on the canals ... Dolphins optional.
