They don't generally bark or make a noise but may get excited when you arrive for the first time. If you love animals, then you are of course welcome to give them a cuddle or two.

D’Aguilar National Park lies on the doorstep of Brisbane, Queensland’s capital city. The park is divided into two distinct sections—South D’Aguilar section and Mount Mee section (formerly Mount Mee State Forest and Forest Reserve).Mount Mee section encompasses the northern section of the park that extends west to nearby Lake Somerset.
Somerset Trail in D’Aguilar National Park, Mount Mee is undoubtedly one of the best Brisbane bushwalks near the city. The trail offers hikers a clearly signposted, pleasant, class 4 walk through open-forest, pine-forest and pockets of rainforest which should take no more than 3 to 4 hours to complete at a leisurely pace (or 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours trail running).
