I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee.
Your keys are off-site @ 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon - 300 metres from the property.
You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Property information
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a projector with Chromecast. Note that we don't provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available on the slip road in front of the building and along Mort Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's rooftop, garden and courtyard.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Welcome to Braddon, one of Canberra’s most vibrant and sought-after suburbs. Just minutes from the city centre, this eclectic neighborhood blends urban energy with creative charm. Mort Street is right in the middle of it all, placing you within walking distance to artisan cafés, award-winning restaurants, unique shops, leafy parks, and buzzing local hangouts.
Food lovers are spoiled for choice. Enjoy refined Italian fare at the highly-rated The Italian Place, modern Mediterranean at Black Fire, and premium cuts at Marble & Grain.
