Located opposite Sydney’s popular Coogee Beach, Mad Monkey Hostel Coogee Beach offers dormitory rooms and free use of fishing equipment and snorkeling gear. There is a guest lounge with satellite TV, a fully-equipped communal kitchen and self-service laundry facilities. Each dormitory has secure key access, included bed linen and comfortable pillows. All offer access to shared bathroom facilities. Some rooms feature a balcony offering sea views. Mad Monkey Hostel Coogee Beach is located above the Coogee's funkiest new bar FNKY Coogee Beach. It is also a 1 minute walk from the lively Coogee Bay Hotel and Coogee Pavillion. There are several other bars, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Buses stop directly outside the hostel. The Coogee Beach Cricket Oval is located next to the hostel. Moore Park, Centennial Park and the Australian Golf Club are a 15-minute drive away, while Latham Park Tennis Centre is a 8-minute drive away.
