Situated within walking distance to the stunning beaches and vibrant shops, this unit provides the perfect combination of urban living and coastal lifestyle. The property includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom, consisting of a Queen bed, is generously sized and offers a peaceful retreat with its cozy atmosphere and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds. The open planned living and dining room consists of floor to ceiling sliding doors providing an abundance of natural light streaming in. Allowing the layout to seamlessly connect the living and dining spaces creating a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. The unit also includes modern kitchen (oven not included), modern furniture, granite bench tops and underground security parking with entry height 1.9m max.
