The Burlington Holiday Apartments is a beautiful boutique walk up property (no elevators), just 70 metres from the beach. These fully self-contained Sunshine Coast apartments have balconies overlooking the heated swimming pool and tropical gardens. Each apartment at Burlington Holiday Apartments Maroochydore includes fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and a spacious lounge area with LCD cable TV and DVD player. Apartments on the top floor have exclusive access to their own sundeck areas with ocean views. Most apartments are air-conditioned. Free secure covered parking is provided. Boutique shopping and international restaurants are on the doorstep of The Burlington Holiday Apartments. Sealife Mooloolaba is 4 km away. It is a 30-minute drive to Australia Zoo.

With coffee shops, cafes, a vast array of restaurants and of course the popular Maroochydore Surf Club and beach all within short walking distance, The Burlington is ideally located for the perfect relaxing holiday break. For those not wishing to walk to the nearby Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre, the local bus stop is just 50m from our front entrance. Our pool is heated to a comfortable 28 deg. all year round for those who enjoy a dip in the cooler winter months. Underground parking is included with height limit of 2.15M and parking for larger vehicles on Sixth ave out front is free without a time limit.

We are surrounded by an abundance of restaurants catering to all tastes. A 20 min walk thru Cottontree and along the Maroochydore river would place you in the old CBD area that now has Ten Pin bowling, Putt-Putt golf, bars and even more restaurants.
