Please note this is a privately owned and managed apartment in a residential building, and not a hotel. This apartment is as per the photos. It is on the 1st floor, overlooking beautiful Newcastle Beach. Important note about this property: There is remediation work occurring at this property currently on the outside of the building only. There may be some minor noise disruptions between 7am and 5pm weekdays. The nightly rates have been set with this in consideration and priced accordingly.
