Peak 202 is a stunning apartment only 70 meters from the village. Whether its skiing down Chamois Ski run, only 20 meters from the front door or taking off to one of the many mountain bike trails or walking tracks, The Peak 202 is perfect for families, groups or a cozy getaway.
Peak 202 is located on the first floor of the The Peak Apartments. Accessed by lift or stairs with keyless entry into the building and apartment - codes will be emailed prior to arrival.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms - master with king bed, walk in robe, ensuite and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a tri bunk and a single bunk, sleeping 5 and is perfect for the kids or family with a wall mounted TV with built in Dvd player. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters. The apartment sleeps 9 but has the option to sleep 11 (2 on pull out mattresses).
The ensuite has shower and toilet, 2nd bathroom with spa bath and overhead shower. There is a second seperate toilet / powder room. Bathrooms are heated by electric panel heaters.
The lounge with smart TV is spacious and comfortable and set up to make the most of floor to ceiling window views and heated by a gas log fireplace. With free WiFi throughout the apartment, a Bose Soundtouch for music, Smart Tv's, games and dvd's Peak202 is a perfect place to relax at the end of a big day or just spend time with family and friends.
The large dining table has seating for 12 but can easily accomodate more if needed.
The kitchen is fully equiped with, smeg gas cook top, smeg gas oven, microwave, fridge, nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.
The apartment has its own drying room, laundry with washing machine and dryer and a spacious balcony with Weber BBQ.
The host is available prior to, and during your stay to answer any questions or resolve any issues. The host will do everything possible to ensure you have a great time and enjoy the apartment.
Secure undercover parking is available during the summer months only. There is NO PARKING AT THE APARTMENT DURING WINTER / SNOW SEASON (June - September)
due to restrictions imposed by Mt Buller. If you are travelling to Mt Buller by car you will be directed to a car park by Mt Buller staff and travel right to the front door of the Peak Apartments by oversnow taxi. Parking information is available on the Mt Buller website. The garage has a secure cage for storage of skis, bikes, etc and has direct street entry / exit and access to the apartment via lift or stairs.
