Award Winning architecturally designed and brand new luxury private house with heated swimming pool, open plan living, luxury furnishings, backing onto a golf course and only 4 mins drive to the amazing Peregian Beach, and a 1 min drive to our local supermarket, shops and restaurants.
We love the amazing things in life, amazing properties, amazing beaches, surf, travel adventuring, fresh tropical foods, friends, family, freedom and fun!
Very safe and secure with close proximity to Peregian Beach - our favourite and quiet beach in Australia with clear water and not crowded. Step out our back door and your on the golf course. Drive 2 minutes to Coles Supermarket, and shopping mall with Gym, Bottle store, Pharmacy, and lots of restaurants.
