The York Sydney Serviced Apartments by Swiss-Belhotel is the perfect choice for serviced apartments in Sydney. Enjoy the convenience of our short stay or long term serviced apartments suiting both business and leisure trips in Sydney. With 120 suites ranging from Studio Apartments to Three Bedroom Executive Apartments, The York Sydney Serviced Apartments by Swiss-Belhotel offers a home away from home complete with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, separate bath and shower, open plan lounge and dining area and spacious open air balconies. Suites are serviced daily. Please note The York will have some staged external upgrade works over 21 months from May 2025. Works include the staged external replacement of new window and balcony doors in all apartments. Swiss-Belhotel will allocate rooms to ensure as little disruption as possible to our guests . From May 2025 to December 2025 the pool area may be closed but the gym will remain available. Works will be daytime only and we have been assured by the contractors that internal disruption will be minimal. Obviously apartments having works, and adjacent apartments, will not be used in this period.
