Lomalagi is a single level 3-bedroom home that harmonies with the natural environment. Directly opposite the Myall River, this home is a charming Tea Gardens Cottage. You could not get any closer to the 'heart' of beautiful Tea Gardens if you tried. Restaurants, shops, school and club all nearby. Located across the road from the beautiful Myall River close to boat launching facilities. This wonderful 'holiday destination' property is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, school, Club, Hotel and only a few minutes drive to the main Surf Beach and prestigious Golf Club. Spacious separate living and dining areas, with the practical kitchen located between both areas and the dining room opening out onto the side verandah, which enjoys river views. Three generous bedrooms with high ceilings, the main having water views. Two bathrooms with a shower, vanity and separate toilet. Plenty of parking with room for the boat. The living area is cosy with a television and DVD player and spectacular views of the Myall River. The third bedroom leads to a sunroom which has been set up a bunkroom for extra guests or children, noting this room has access into the back yard.
