The north facing room overlooks a garden and meandering through the garden, distant hills and farmland come into view. Watch the beautiful sunsets on one of the benches. The queen size bed with quality linen, doona and extra blankets and pillows will keep you sleeping like a baby. The leather couch, dining table, kitchenette with tea and Nespresso bar, toaster, microwave, hot plate and Weber outside provide everything you need to cook your own meals. The bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet and washing machine. Outside is an Al fresco dining area with umbrella. A continental breakfast supply for your first morning is provided for your convenience. Gluten free cereal and bread are included, lactose free milk and yoghurt on request. There is safe off road parking.
We are a retired couple who live on the property. Mostly you will not see us as we respect your privacy but like to chat if you are.
The studio is 15 minutes from the M1. Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets, boutique shops and art gallery are less than 7 min away. This area offers many country actitvities including Timbertown and the beautiful Hastings river where you can enjoy boating, fishing and water sports. Billabong Zoo is 15 minutes and Port Macquarie beaches 30 minutes away. This area is famous for its beautiful coastal and bush walks. There are several wineries such as Cassegrain, Long Point Vineyard and Art gallery and Bago Maize and winery within half an hour..
