In cooler evenings, cosy up by the fireplace while you enjoy your favourite TV shows. The primary bedroom on this floor includes a queen bed and an ensuite plus direct access to the deck and a spacious, private retreat with a sofa, a second TV, and a piano. The other bedroom on this level sleeps four guests with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a trundle – making it perfect for travelling with children. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, sits at the heart of the home, complete with an expansive island bench for casual meals and a large dining table to gather around. Outside, the deck is designed for memorable gatherings, featuring a BBQ area and seating for al fresco dining. Stairs lead down to the backyard, where you can relax and enjoy the coastal air surrounded by greenery, or head to the garage and verse your mates with a game of table tennis. Every detail has been considered to create a welcoming experience for families and friends alike, whether you’re here to explore or unwind. There is a washing machine for your convenience, and parking is available on the driveway for two cars, and one in the garage.

Begin your day with a coffee from The Hidden Kitchen, only a 6-minute walk away and a local favourite for breakfast. The Tootgarook Market, held monthly in Tootgarook Primary School (only a 5-minute drive away), is a must-visit for handmade crafts, fresh produce, and delicious local bites. For outdoor adventures, Rye Ocean Beach is also a 5-minute drive away, perfect for coastal walks and scenic views.
