Company information

This is a family owned and run business, we want to cater for the professional person to families, we hope our apartments will be comfortable and suit all occasions.

Property information

We had previously owned and managed the old Ulverstone Waterfront Inn which was situated on this site. The site was redeveloped in 2008, our goal was to put back some accommodation. Our fully self contained apartments offer a home away from home stay. We look forward to sharing our apartments with you and showcasing what Ulverstone and the surrounding North West Coast has to offer during your stay. Regards Bruce and Sue Howard

Neighbourhood information

Ulverstone is conveniently situated on the north west coast a 15 minute drive from Devonport and 25 minutes from Burnie. It’s a great place to plan your day trips to Penguin, Cradle Mountain, Sheffield the town of murals, Wynyard and Smithton/Stanley. The town boasts everything you need for a short or long stay. Restaurants, supermarkets, parks, riding/walking tracks, river, beaches something to suit young and old. We also have a great visitor information centre to help plan your stay.
