Nearby, a second sitting area features two armchairs, offering a quiet corner to enjoy morning coffee.
Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and an espresso machine to start your day right. Share relaxed meals around the eight-seater dining table, perfect for gathering with family or friends. Open the glass bi-fold doors to extend your living space into the private courtyard—sheltered under a transparent roof, the outdoor dining area is perfect for long lunches or peaceful evening meals.
Upstairs, each of the three queen bedrooms is a peaceful haven. The primary suite features a private balcony for morning reflections, a dedicated workspace, a walk-in wardrobe to keep your belongings organised, and a private ensuite for moments of calm. The second bedroom enjoys direct access to the main bathroom, while the third opens to its small balcony, giving everyone their private retreat.
A powder room is located downstairs for added convenience, along with a laundry area equipped with a washer, drying racks, and a utility sink, perfect for long stays.
Off-street parking is provided in the secure carport, easily accessed from the rear of the property. Free 24/7 street parking is also available for added convenience. For those travelling with little ones, a high chair and a portacot can be provided upon request. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning. Please note, the internal staircase may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
