Within close proximity to all of the local surf beaches this property is located mid-way between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads. With a fully equiped Kitchen you can choose to dine in or if your looking for action there is an abundance of cafe's and restaurants in Mermaid Waters / Broad Beach and the greater Gold Coast on offer ranging from casual affairs to fine dining.

Villa Aquila at Mermaid Waters is enviably located on the water in a quiet and respectful neighbourhood just a stones throw from Pacific Fair the Gold Coasts largest shopping centre. An abundance of public transport is on offer including Tram and Bus services to help you explore the Gold Coast at your leisure. There is an abundance of beautiful surf beaches to choose from and if your after some action for the whole family then of course there are all of the theme parks on offer too including, Dream World, Sea World, White Water World, Movie World, Wet n Wild, Super Golf and much more. If your into nature then don't forget take a day trip to Purling Brook Falls in Springbrook National Park or Curtis Falls in the Mount Tambourine region of the Gold Coast Hinterlands.
