Shiraz Republic is an independent, family-run vineyard, winery, and brewery located in Cornella, Victoria. Since 2002, we’ve been growing grapes, making wine and beer on-site, and welcoming guests to experience the best of regional hospitality. Our philosophy is simple: real people, real produce, and a hands-on connection to the land. We grow our own grapes, brew small-batch beer next to the vines, and support local makers and musicians through events and collaborations.
