This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. Violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a charge of USD $250. Using pools and it’s surroundings is at your own risk, children should not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed. If you require a late departure let us know ahead of time to check availability. Late departure without notice incurs a fee of USD $15 per hour after 11 AM and will not delay more than 1 PM.
