Centrally located in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood in the heart of Six Roads, St. Philip, is a self contained newly renovated Air con Studio Apartment. Outfitted with the needed appliances including and not limited to air conditioning, and access to washer/dryer. There's also free WIFI, a smart TV, and solar water heating (hot/cold water) and more. Free accessible parking facilities or easy access to public transportation.
I enjoy making guests feel at home, better yet, making their experience or stay the best!
Quiet neighborhood. 9mins from the Airport and 3mins from needed amenities necessary to enhance your stay; supermarkets, gas station, restaurants (Chefette included), bars, banks, doctors offices and more! Just 10mins from the splendid Crane and Bottom Bay beaches. Interested in night life, only 15mins from Oistins and 18mins from St Lawrence Gap, (South Coast).
