Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge.
We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
