Compleet luxueus gerenoveerde zeevilla. Elk element in het ontwerp is zorgvuldig gekozen om een harmonieus geheel te creëren, waardoor deze woning een oase van rust en verfijning uitstraalt. 4 stijlvolle slaapkamers, 3 bad -douchekamers en een zuidwest gerichte tuin perfect voor een comfortabel verblijf.​ Volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle nodige toestellen: grote koelkast met vriesvak, inductiekookplaat, combi oven-microgolf, vaatwasser, Nespresso-koffiemachine en een gezellige ontbijthoek. Knusse zithoek met ruime eetkamer die uitgeeft op de perfect zuid georiënteerde tuin met terras. De vele raampartijen zorgen voor een overvloed aan natuurlijk licht en een naadloze verbinding met de buiten omgeving. Het resultaat is een woning die perfect in balans is tussen hedendaags wooncomfort en een warme, uitnodigende sfeer.

De vakantiewoning is prachtig gelegen, op wandelafstand van zowel het bos als de zee, in het charmante polderdorp Wenduine (De Haan). De locatie nodigt uit tot heerlijke wandelingen en schilderachtige fietstochten in de omgeving. Wie van cultuur houdt, kan zijn hart ophalen in het authentieke Brugge, op slechts 20 km van De Haan. Zin in een dagje shoppen en culinair genieten? Knokke-Heist ligt op amper 25 km afstand en is de ideale bestemming voor een stijlvolle uitstap. Ook andere kustplaatsen zoals Oostende en Blankenberge zijn vlot bereikbaar, perfect voor wie graag de veelzijdigheid van de Belgische kust wil ontdekken.
