Lovely old house for rent, restored in 2022, elegantly furnished, 110m2, conveniently located in the quiet, leafy Parmentier district, with direct access to Parc des Sources (100 meters) and close to the Mellaerts ponds and Parc de Woluwe. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room.walking distance: supermarket, Cambio car-sharing, Rob, streetcar museum, public transport. Favorite restaurant: Brasserie des Étangs Mellaerts
