Bright 60 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor. Perfectly situated in a neighborhood that is both quiet and close to lively areas. (20 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by car from the city center) We offer you this fully renovated apartment, decorated with a cozy touch. Spend the night in a comfortable double bed with a unique upholstered headboard, handmade by a Liège craftsman. For your comfort, the bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and direct access to the bathroom. Enjoy an Italian-style shower in a sparkling bathroom from floor to ceiling. Towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. In the living room, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV with Netflix (also available in the bedroom) and standard channels. A comfortable sofa with cushions and throws is waiting for you. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooktop, hood, coffee machine, microwave. You’ll have all the utensils you need and even some spices. The little piece of paradise: the perfect cozy corner to relax.
