Spacious studio with beautiful terrace in the upldands of Malmedy, quiet zone! Fully equipped and comfortable, recently renovated. Close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and his museum, with always offered a free parking slot 800 m from the "Combes" entrance (Green zone). Excellent starting point for walking or cycling, near the Hautes Fagnes and 5 minutes from the center of Malmedy. The lake of Robertville is 10 minutes from here by car You will get a large studio with a beautiful terrace, a small but complete and functional kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper, a spacious and pleasant shower room. The studio is located in a holiday domain in full revival. In particular, at your disposal are pétanque courts, an outdoor volleyball/badminton court, a common outdoor dining area
