Rio apt is situated in the most peaceful neighborhood of Sofia. Furthermore, your group will be close to everything as the Main walking street - Vitosha is just 10 minutes away on foot. There are 3 metro stations within 10 min walk and many restaurants, bars, and clubs all within walking distance. South park is within walking distance as well as the National Palace of Culture and Vasil Levski National stadium. This is the perfect spot to explore the city while enjoying quiet evenings. Digital Nomads friendly! The apartment is 80 sq.m, completely renovated at the beginning of 2023. => It is comfortable as a working HUB as it has fast Wi-Fi and a "working" area. (cable connection also available inside the apartment) => The place is suitable for up to 5 people due to its size and amenities. => There is a SMART TV in the living room which supports full HD quality, Netflix movies, and more than 100 TV channels => In the Kitchen area, you can find everything that you need for cooking, including a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, large fridge, and last but not least - a dishwasher (for your convenience)! Inside the cupboard, you will find plenty of products for cooking including salt, pepper, oil, different spices, etc. => Washing machine available with a drying feature => In the bedroom, you can relax on the comfortable mattress of our King Size bed and store your clothing in the extensive wardrobe. => In the second bedroom which is part of the living room but created as its own room by design you will be able to find a second quite comfy King Size bed. => Finally, you can have breakfast or a cigarette on the 2 terraces around the apartment. NB! - The apt has 3 ACs for the warmer summer days/cold winter days + an electrical heater in the kitchen. - The apt is located on the third floor but once you complete the stair challenge, you will find an incredibly sunny living room - #worth it.
