Luxury studio with everything you need in it. Back yard with table and chairs 30m2 which is at the disposal of the guests! Private entrance suitable for disabled people and families with prams and small children. 1 staircase to the entrance. Kitchen equipped with everything, bathroom with washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Clean, quiet and easily accessible. Free parking on the street in front or parking in the garage behind the lot There is a new double bed 160 cm and one sofa bed 140 cm. Perfectly suitable for 2 or 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children. Air condition. Pets are welcome! * Fully equipped kitchen - electrical oven - electric stove - microwave - hood - dishwasher - detergents for washing dishes and for the dishwasher - sink with hot water * Electric kettle for hot water/tea * Coffee machine americano * Free coffee and tea for guests * Napkins * Kitchen towel * Equipped bathroom: - glass shower cabin - cotton towels - washing machine - liquid detergent - hair dryer * A place to work with free wifi * Ironing table * Iron * Air conditioning heating/cooling * Own yard with table and chairs, smoking area outside
