Carole a certified Tourism Ambassador is familiar with the local scene, offers current recommendations of Bermuda restaurants, members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, Professional chefs and 3rd generation hoteliers. Joe trained at the world famous Savoy hotel London prior to running a group of Hotels in Bermuda owned by Sir Harold Wernher a close friend of The Royal family his wife Lady Zia was born of Russian ancestry, this made an impact with him on how one must host guests royally. Carole a restaurant Manager at Dickens & Jones and Wetherall, Regent Street London before working at The Hamilton Princess Hotel from 1968. Once her children were born she entertained for Joe's associates. Resumed her hobby of painting. Travelled with the Bermuda Tourism Authority showing her art in the USA. Received Grumbacher award in 1983. Exhibitions and solo shows followed. She now operates a gift shop in Dockyard selling her art designs on china and recipe chopping boards, her award winning rum cakes and jams and a line of semi-precious stone and pearl jewelry. Joe was a Bermuda team player at Chess Olympiad in Dubai, Malta and Switzerland c1986

Watercolours was built in 1997 on an old boat slip and is one of Bermuda's B&B gems. The house was featured in several magazines and other promotions by the Bermuda Tourism Authority. Fantastic unobstructed view from all rooms and sunsets every night. Amenities include fishing from the 250 ft. dock, Harbour swimming or snorkelling and a small pool with teak furniture and an outdoor shower. Each guest bedroom features individual décor, attached bathroom, marble floors, TV with Netflix, coffee and tea facilities, fine linens and toiletries. Many Bermuda cedar antique furnishings enhance this fabulous home filled with a variety of art and sculpture by Carole and daughter Caroline with other artists work to enjoy. Includes daily Maid service and evening turn down, Continental breakfast served in the Library on silver trays and fine china and crystal includes home baked bread, sweet muffins, Bermuda fruits in season and Carole's award winning jams, English teas or coffee. All rooms are quiet due to double glazed windows. Adjacent to a ferry and centrally located for easy transportation. A quiet and safe neighbourhood fringes the winding scenic Harbour road with large private homes. Several homes record history as original Pirate dwellings in days gone bye. Other famous people have lived in this area including Bert Darrell the original owner of the boat slip which is the ground base for Watercolours. Two restaurants Blu and Divots and golf at Belmont are only 5 minutes walk from the house. Tribe roads, a grocery, liquor store, pharmacy and take out service are 10 minute walk with a bus stop both East and West. The ferry is only moments away and offers frequent service to the hub of Hamilton for onward journeys to Dockyard and St. Georges. Warwick parish one of 9 Bermuda parishes is centrally located and offers easy transportation to all parts of the Island.
