Please note that if a minor is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, a written authorization must be given for check-in at the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents, authenticated and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All children under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization must be presented and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the premises. Only guests registered at check in can access.

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

到着時に、R$ 1,000の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
