Condomínio Urbani offers wheelchair access, gym, laundry, parking, adult and children's swimming pool with lap and whirlpool, cyber and a safe and elegant reception. Brand new cozy apartment, planned and structured for the comfort and well-being of guests, in one of the best located neighborhoods of João Pessoa. Surrounded by shops, such as: bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, conveniences, gas station and etc. It is 400 meters from the beach, and is located on the boundary of one of the busiest and most visited neighborhoods by tourists and residents, the famous neighborhood of Tambaú, where handicraft fairs, bars and typical food restaurants are concentrated and a wide boardwalk, with bike path, which leads to another beautiful beach in Cabo Branco.
It is always a great pleasure to receive guests from different locations in Brazil and the world. In order to have a great experience, I will be available to contact whenever necessary, just call.
The neighborhood of Manaíra is one of the most valued in João Pessoa and offers several leisure and convenience options to visitors. In addition to the sea bath, which is one of the best in the city, with warm and calm water, it has an extensive waterfront with a bike path and boardwalk for walking and outdoor exercises, with vehicle traffic interrupted every morning to cyclists and pedestrians. Trade is also excellent, there are bars, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and in general.
