ARQ Vila Mariana offers fully equipped apartments in a gated community with a complete leisure area, located in one of the region's most desirable neighborhoods. Notes: 1) After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and submit valid photo IDs for all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport). 2) We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately). 3) We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car in a parking lot near the building (fees apply). 4) Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the gourmet space. 5) The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).
