The fine print
• All guests must submit: (a) valid government id, and (b) vehicle model and license number.
• A rental agreement will be provided for guest signature.
• The security-deposit must be paid in full (please send us your bank account information to be reimbursed).
• An extra fee will be charged per guest if the number of guests is different from the reservation.
We have the right to cancel the reservation and keep the full amount of the stay, before check-in, (a) if the number of guests is different from the reservation, (b) if the extra fee for extra guests and/or pets is not paid in full, (c) if the security-deposit is not paid, and/or (d) if the rental agreement is not signed.
Also, we have the right to keep the security-deposit (a) if the lease terms are broken, (b) if there is property and/or condominium damage of any type caused by guests, pets or third-party, (c) if the property is fined and/or there were disturbances during the stay, and/or (e) if the cleaning necessary is excessive, and not the result of normal wear and tear. Otherwise, the amount deposited will be fully refunded after the check-out date and after the property is inspected accordingly.
