- Common areas of the building include: swimming pool, barbecue grill, mini market, zen space, playroom, laundry room, gym, pet area, and hot tub.
NOTE: The stove in unit SLI0703 is out of service and has been sent to warranty technical support for maintenance.
* The mini market is charged based on consumption;
* Laundry is charged based on use and appointments are required;
* Hot tub and sauna are by appointment only;
* To use the barbecue, a reservation must be made in advance, with a fee applied (please consult the host);
IMPORTANT:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM;
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM;
- If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply;
- Bed/bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone;
- Guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity and not registered in the reservation are not allowed;-
- Smoking is not allowed;
- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines;
- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;
- Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines;
- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period.
- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their information.
* The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
* One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
