The unit offers Wi-Fi, a new split air conditioner, and 24-hour self check-in, giving guests total flexibility. Prime location: just one block from a local grocery store and three blocks from the public universities UNILA and UNIOESTE – easy walking distance. We’re only 6 minutes by car from Itaipu Dam and the Biological Refuge, 9 minutes from the Buddhist Temple, and 15 minutes from the Paraguay border crossing – ideal for exploring the Tri-border region (Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina). Guests enjoy free on-site parking and access to a laundry room with a washing machine (no dryer). We also offer two bicycles for exploring the area – available upon request at least 3 days before check-in. Family-friendly: we can provide a travel crib (playpen-style) or other items for young children upon request. A simple mattress for a child up to 7 years old is also available at no extra charge. The area is modest but safe, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The studio offers enhanced security: built inside a metal shipping container, it has bars on all windows and a sturdy structure that makes it break-in resistant. The parking area is well-lit throughout the night and monitored by an outdoor security camera, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
