The My One Bela Vista condominium offers fully equipped studios measuring approximately 24m² and features a 24-hour reception desk and a fully equipped leisure area, as well as various amenities within the building and nearby to assist you during your stay. Notes: 1) After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and submit valid ID with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport). 2) Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as: coworking space, bike rack, game room, gym, and solarium with jacuzzi. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities in the condominium. 3) We do not provide a garage, but parking is available in a nearby lot (fees apply). 4) There are no child safety screens in the studio. 5) The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).

The building is located just a few meters from Frei Caneca Shopping Mall and Nove de Julho Avenue, providing easy access to Paulista Avenue, where we can find attractions such as Casa das Rosas, Japan House, and others. We are also close to the Higienópolis-Mackenzie (Yellow Line 4) and Consolação (Green Line 2) subway stations, making it easy to get around the city.
