Please note that guests are required to show the same credit card used for the reservation at the check in. If guest cannot present that card, the prepayment will be cancelled and a new payment method will be asked.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 10 kg and guests travelling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal upon check in.

Please note that the pets are not allowed at the restaurant or bar areas and can't stay unaccompanied in the rooms.
