Company information

Our units are part of a selection of renovated flats inside hotels. Our rooms have all accommodation services such as housekeeping, daily cleaning, maintenance and standard hotel amenities. We serve our guests with amenities and towels from the luxury brand Trosseau. In addition, we have Nespresso coffee capsules and complimentary drinks in the minibar of each unit. You Stay will be on hand to assist guests and take care of the apartment when Hotel staff are unable to help.

Property information

Access cards can be collected at the reception of the Hotel The World, at Rua Gomes de Carvalho 1005. The breakfast buffet is not included, but can be consumed and paid for directly at the restaurant located on the ground floor.

You will be staying a few blocks from Shopping Iguatemi JK and Shopping Vila Olímpia. Furthermore, 5 minutes walk from Parque do Povo and Eataly on Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek. Vila Olímpia is one of the city's main financial centers and therefore offers a network of high-quality services. Here you will find excellent bars, restaurants and shopping centers. Therefore, Vila Olímpia is the ideal neighborhood for a family or business trip.
