Our 8-room apartment complex offers sense and sensibility; A budget accommodation while enjoying easy access to all the best of San Ignacio. We are located just off bullet tree road, a 3 min taxi ride from downtown San Ignacio or a 10 min walk if it’s not too hot. Experience living in a residential neighborhood, across from a park where young kids come to play in the afternoons. A Short walk away are convenient stores, a bank, a gas station, a wine house, local bars, a fruit and veggies stand or local eateries. Each one of our room’s kitchenettes has a Microwave, a coffee maker and a minifridge, as well as a shared small kitchen in the complex allowing more cooking facilities. All rooms have AC and cable TV. We offer laundry services and assistance in arranging all transportations, tours and activities
