By providing a property manager, Jack, you can rest assured your needs will be met and have someone available for any emergency. Jack will be happy to assist with advice and suggestions on local tours, restaurants and adventures. W e will also provide a guest directory that includes contacts, directions and info on local restaurants, bars and attractions. A local phone will be provided in the townhome. This allows easy access for booking excursions, tours, dinner or golf cart reservations. Extra minutes can be added at local grocery stores to allow state side calling if needed.

This three story home includes a rooftop palapa with breathtaking Caribbean views. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or the sunset with a glass of wine all from this private covered rooftop. This rooftop area includes outdoor dining table and hammock, providing a unique ambiance for private meals, relaxing or sunbathing. For a perfect vacation, arrangements can be made with local businesses for a private massage or a private chef. The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, see dolphins or manatee and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock.

Neighbourhood information

Located on a private island at the end of a dead-end street, it is always quiet and peaceful. As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5 minute walk to all the village has to offer. This unique aspect is the reason we love this location providing privacy, breath-taking views, and ease of access to town.
