I am marine biologist and love nature. Originally from Austria my wife and I traveled a lot and lived in different countries. We love diving, dining out and a cold beer and enjoy the beautiful environment and wildlife that Belize offers.

Property information

Experience jungle life right in Maya Beach while sitting in the lush tropical garden. The apartments are modern and comprise 1 bed/1-bath and fully equipped kitchens and has A/C. Combine jungle life and beach relaxation within a 2-minute walk! Step onto the lagoon-side property in Maya Beach and enjoy the jungle life just right here. Sit in the garden and observe the animals such as iguanas, agoutis, friendly raccoons, and lots of birds like parrots and chachalaca. Walk through the tropical garden and spot flowering orchids, epiphytes, cocoplum and coconut trees or soursop trees. The 1-bed & 1 –bath apartments are very spacious (465 square feet). The kitchens are fully equipped. You'll have no trouble at all whipping up meals while you're here! Have a seat on the cosy sofa and watch cable TV (all major US-channels) Wireless internet is available. The bedrooms have a comfortable queen-sized bed and you will have lots of storage for your tropical vacation outfit. The bedrooms have A/C and with the open concept, you can enjoy the cool air in the whole apartment. Get ready for your jungle adventure right here in Maya Beach and see all the animals in a close-up.

Neighbourhood information

The beach is just two minutes away. The apartments are in a perfect location in the heart of Maya Beach, close to restaurants and bars as well as the supermarket. The property lies at the end of a cul de sac just steps from the Placencia lagoon. The neighborhood is safe and offers privacy. There are only a couple of houses on our road and lots of natural vegetation.
