A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. HOT TUB: - Hours of operation 7 am - 10 pm a night - Read more in our house manual *If glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, you will be charged of 500 CAD Note: There is house being demolished 2 doors away, which may result in some additional noise. NOTE: - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days.
