Overlooking PEI's National Park Beach, the 5000 sq ft, two story home (plus 3000 sq ft basement available for tours) has FOUR 625 sq ft rental condos on the main level and the entire house rotates slowly throughout the day to give every suite an ocean view!
Every guest stay includes a welcome basket filled with local food, drinks, & treats to eat in your kitchen, on your 50' deck while enjoying the sun, or to take to the beach via the private path. Operating 365 days of the year, ATS welcomes guests from around the world who wish to have a truly unique vacation experience.

Around the Sea is located in North Rustico - 30 km Northwest of Charlottetown and only minutes away from Cavendish and the famous land of Anne of Green Gables. North Rustico's primary industries are fishing, tourism and agriculture. The fishing industry remains the community's most important economic activity, with approximately 40 vessels home ported in a small craft harbour. Lobster fishing is the main focus for much of the fleet and during May and June fresh Prince Edward Island lobster from the north Shore is available for purchase. North Rustico is recognized as having one of the best lobster grounds on PEI.
We welcome you to come and visit our community. Sample fresh seafood at one of the restaurants or markets, browse the shops, play in the park, go deep sea fishing, or take a walk along the beach or the boardwalk.
