Simple Clean low cost large basement with separate entrance and with 1 private Rm. (queen bed) and open space with double bed. Airbed available on request. Full toilet. Smart TV-local channels/Netflix w own acct. & computer connection. Microwave, Induction cooktop, Fridge, Toaster and Electrical kettle provided. Parking free. New Flooring, Own Dining space, washer/dryer in main level (paid). Airport/Other pick-up available at extra-cost.
Former International Corporate Banker (25years+) now Financial Consultant and Licensed in Real Estate, Insurance & Mortgage. Travelled and lived in several countries: Canada, UK, USA, Malaysia, Sierra Leone, Saudi Arabia, Philippine, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Happy to mingle with guests if they want. New immigrants can gain lot of knowledge from my years in Canada and to find job opportunities! Happy to interact with guests.
