Property information

New condo on the 8th floor out of 12 furnished with quality furniture/appliances. Serve yourself a good coffee in the morning using our Nespresso machine before visiting Old Quebec and its attractions, all of which are about a 20-minute walk from the condo. After a big day of discovery in the city, come back at the condo for a swim and/or a late afternoon aperitif on our terrace with a view of Quebec just before going to discover the good restaurants in St. Roch.

Neighbourhood information

Like Griffintown in Montreal or Williamsburg in Brooklyn, within a few years, Saint-Roch went from a working-class neighbourhood to the place to be. Food, culture, technology, fashion, nightlife: take off on a mission to discover the hippest of what Québec City's Lower Town has to offer! Paid multi-storey parking is available behind the condo building. This is the easiest solution. Otherwise you can try to park in the street but it's complicated and there are often payment terminals to manage. - Saint-Roch and Old Quebec are accessible by foot.
