Our condo is ideal for travelers and families seeking comfort and convenience, with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Walking distance to popular neighborhoods and proximity to transit lines the condo is ideally located in the heart of the city. Located close the iconic CN Tower, BMO field, Rogers Center, Ripleys Aquarium and Fort York National Museum. Fast Wifi is available for guests and a workstation is set up for those wanting to work from home. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, no partying or event hosting is allowed. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or recommendations as we are well versed with the neighborhood and what Toronto has to offer. Fort York Boulevard is located in downtown Toronto. It's a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The neighborhood attracts a mix of young professionals, families, and retirees looking for urban living close to downtown amenities. The neighborhood is named after nearby Fort York, a historic site that played a significant role in the War of 1812. Residents can visit the fort to learn about its history and enjoy the adjacent Garrison Common park area. One of the standout features of Fort York Boulevard is its proximity to Lake Ontario. Residents have easy access to waterfront parks, walking trails, and beaches, making it a desirable location for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is close to several cultural institutions and entertainment venues.
